Khartoum: says the decision renew by U.S sanctions is annual procedure

Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs described the United States President Barack Obama decision to extend sanctions which imposed by U.S on Sudan since 1997 as “unjustified”. And considered it as a routine procedure repeated at the same time each year.

The Foreign Ministry spokesman, Ambassador Gariballah Khidir, said in separate press statement, on Tuesday that the U.S Embassy in Khartoum has announced on Monday, that the President Obama will be issued on 3 of November an order to renew sanctions on Sudan.

The ambassador Khdair announced that the Sudan, despite the renewal of sanctions decision, will goes in the high-level in dialogue process ongoing between the two sides until its ends, in order to assess its suffering on level of the two countries to normalize their relations in all fields.
